Dark Star Zucchini. I must admit these three zucchinis took me by surprise while picking. Never had this type before but what I read it is heat tolerant, a good flavor as being mildly sweet, and smooth. I would love to hear about it if you dare to try it. Update 08-04-20: Just made zucchini bread and muffins what a great tasty treat! Update: 081420: Going to try the vegetarian zucchini lasagna. We have been eating the muffins and bread non-stop. I was told horses are like cookies, you can’t have just one. I am now putting zucchini bread and muffins into that same category - you can’t have just one!
