Carmen Sweet Peppers are a luscious red with a tiny kick. Didn’t take long. They are early, and from green to red I am Impressed by their crunch and sweet taste. This variety is an Italian type that is slimmer and bit longer than the bull-horn type. Carmen is known for their Italian flavor, best for roasting, grilled, or in salads.
