Sweet Fall is a distinctive Hubbard type heirloom squash that is salmon in color with a hint of light green at ends and bottom. From what I understand this squash variety is highly sought after and gets sweeter with time in storage (two months or more). When baked this squash will be creamy in texture and also according to what I have read is one of the sweetest winter squashes.
