Lemon Balm is a very nice herb. I love the taste of lemons in my water, I love the smell of lemon when I am working outside. I just pick a leaf, rub it, and smell it. I have heard though if you are hypo-thyroid you should not use lemon balm. If you have any questions, I would research this herb on line. 6- 8 sprigs (clippings) per small bunch.
