Young Little Gem is one of my favorite little lettuces to grow. Unfortunately, it became one of the all to smart woodchucks favorites this year too! However, I “squashed” their summer buffet plans after they took out my first planting.

This little lettuce is great for a “quick” little salad or meal if you are looking for a cute addition to your children’s plates!
