Butter Crunch lettuce is a green slightly loose green lettuce that has a small lightly tight heart center. The lettuce is a nice color green and is nice and crunchy and buttery flavor. It has held up nicely as a slow to bolt lettuce in the extreme heat and rain this year! I rate it right along side of my other favorite green lettuce Green Butter Salanova. Both from Johnny’s Seeds.
