All three Pink Passion, Rhubarb Supreme (Red), and Fordhook White Swiss Chards are very attractive. Chard seems to be underrated, you can eat the smooth, succulent leaves and crunchy stems, or replace the leaves for spinach, or lettuce on sandwiches.
