Sweet Thai Basil is an Asian Basil that as I understand is great as its own pesto recipe served over rice noodles, curry dishes, soups, hot pots, stir-fries and Asian and Vietnamese dishes. This basil as I researched does not go bitter like most other basils after or during the long growing seasons. I am anxious to try a recipe from Nature and Nurture seeds called Thai Basil Salt! 4-6clippings per small bunch.
