Excited to grow this “First timer” heirloom lettuce called Forellenschluss at Anu Sky Farm. An heirloom lettuce from Australia, seeds from Nature and Nurture. This lettuce is apple-green with red speckles in the leaves and is just in your face “look at me”. Very good looking lettuce and I can’t wait to try. I understand this variety is also known as (Trout Back).
